Easy Automotive Key Returns & Exchanges

Automotive Keys Refund:

Refunds will be made in the same manner the customer paid.
Exchanges will be for equal value of purchased product.
Once we receive your return, we will refund you after inspecting the items.

What automotive keys are returnable?

The product is defective or damaged.
Product did not match its description.
The customer purchased the wrong product.
The merchant shipped the wrong product.

How do I return automotive keys?

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after purchase of the product.
Item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
Product must be in the Kwikeys original packaging.
Item must not be a special order or a custom order.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to the email address on file or a refund to your credit card.

Risk of Loss

A tracking number is provided with every order you place. For any shipping related questions please contact the carrier directly. Relying on us to contact the shipping company will only cause further delays. Once the carrier’s status shows the package has been delivered, we are not responsible for replacement orders!

Warranty Policy

All of our items are covered under a 30-day warranty. As long as your item was not damaged outside of normal use or exposed to moisture it is covered!
